Discover the Aboriginal constellation of Weitj, the "Emu in the Sky". This constellation is made up of the dark parts of the night sky rather than stars.
Aboriginal people did not use a written calendar to know when the seasons were changing. They used elements like the sky, the rain and the wind. Aboriginal people would look up to the night sky to know when to go out hunting and gather food. The "Emu in the Sky" can be seen in the Milky Way.
