Description

Grey mistletoe (Amyema quandang) is an aerial shrub found on acacia plants, such as gidgee or mulga, throughout mainland Australia. It is covered with soft, short whitish hairs and has grey leaves.

These earrings were inspired by the flowers of the grey mistletoe at Bladensburg National Park and Lark Quarry Conservation Park in Winton, Queensland.

Finish Solid brass, electro-plated with non-tarnishing silver finish and giclee print. Ear wires are hypo-allergenic. These non-tarnishing earrings have separate, silver leaves to capture the light against the distinctive red, green and grey flowers of the grey mistletoe.

Dimensions Hangs approx 3.5cm (gift boxed with provenance card).

This is an exclusive product to the Australian Age of Dinosaurs Museum, part of the Museum's contemporary flora range.
